Summer and Fall practices will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 7:30pm starting June 11th and ending Oct 29th. We frequently visit meets around the Indianapolis area during this time and take a couple of longer trips (Grand Haven Beach Vault and Gill Factory Vault). We will have a calendar with days we will not have practice shortly and any dates for meets that are currently posted. All sessions will include use of poles (list found here), facilities, and coaching.

Prices:
- 1 practice - $35 / practice
- 8 consecutive practices - $224
- 16 consecutive practice - $400
Location: Practices are located just south of 79th and Michigan in Indianapolis.
You must be a member of AAU prior to your first day of practice. We will give you the AAU club name and number when you register, and you can register for AAU Membership.
Register: Send an email to one of the coaches with your name and the dates you would like to attend practice. If we have not reached the 10 person capacity we'll send you a link to where you can pay the fee's and download the waiver. If we have reached capacity we will work with you on a modified schedule.
